Ohio North 2008 Registration

Your registration process for 2008 will be different than in the past. Everything related to your USSF Re-Certification will be handled on-line this year.

First, go to the Ohio North Referee website at www.ohnrefs.org. Select Clinics and register for a Re-Certification Clinic in your area that you wish to attend. Registration will not be complete until the 5 hours of In-Service Instruction have been met at one of these clinics.

Second, please click on the link to the US Soccer Registration site. You will need the password provided to you in this letter to access the site. Please make sure all the information on file for you is correct and make corrections where necessary. You may then complete your registration using a credit card to pay the necessary fees. Please register for all disciplines (Assessor, Assignor or Instructor) at the same time you complete your Referee registration. Note the additional “State Fee” being charged this year to pay for the OYSAN Risk Management Program in Ohio North.

In order to be eligible to officiate, assess, assign or instruct youth players or referees in Ohio North, any person over the age of 18 must submit an application to the OYSAN Risk Management Program. You can access that through the link on our website to the OYSAN website.

Every year, OHN and OHS sponsors upgrade and intermediate or advanced clinics for the referee community.

2009 State Referee Recertification Clinic

• Saturday, August 9th
  Tri-C West, Parma, OH
  Fitness Test - 10:00 am, track on York Road side of the building.
  Written Test - 11:30 am, Room A-223

2009 Upgrade Clinic (Grade 8 to 7)

• Saturday, August 9th and Sunday, August 10th
  Tri-C West, Parma, OH
  Fitness Test - 10:00 am (Saturday), track on York Road side of the building.
  Classroom portion to follow on Saturday and all day Sunday.
