The State Referee Administrator (SRA) is responsible for all referee administration activities in Ohio North. The SRA is an appointed position and is currently held by Tom Chapman. The SRA manages the SRC, coordinates the activities of the State Director of Instruction (SDI) and State Director of Assessment (SDA) plus processes all referee registrations and decides on referee disciplinary matters.

The SRA has appointed Assistant State Referee Administrators (A-SRA) in each of the districts who are responsible for coordinating local referee registration and other activities. The A-SRAs for Ohio North are:
